Practicing yoga in the great outdoors is much more than just a series of outdoor postures. It's a true reconnection with yourself and the living world. Far from the noise and stress of everyday life, each breath deepens, each movement anchors itself to the ground, and each sensation becomes more present.

Direct contact with the elements—the grass underfoot, the breeze on the skin, the birdsong—amplifies the calming effects of yoga. Nature acts as a catalyst for relaxation: it reduces stress, promotes concentration, and stimulates the senses in subtle yet powerful ways.

Physically, exercising outdoors allows for better oxygenation, improves balance, and strengthens proprioception. Mentally and emotionally, it encourages a sense of freedom, gratitude, and inner harmony.

Outdoor yoga thus becomes a holistic experience: a return to the essential, a moment suspended between heaven and earth, where body, mind and nature become one.

Group lessons

Each Friday from 10 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., treat yourself to a moment of well-being with our group yoga classes in the great outdoors. A moment to release tension, breathe deeply, and rediscover harmony between body and mind, guided by a calming and caring atmosphere. Accessible to all levels, this outdoor practice allows you to reconnect with yourself and the environment.
