A talented cook and pastry chef, Timothy followed his chef from Corsica to Chamonix, where he became attached to the Jeu de Paume. For him, cooking is above all about giving pleasure while enjoying yourself. And as he likes to say: "When you come to Chamonix, you never leave!"
