Jean François, nicknamed Jeff by his close friends, knows how to savor the simple pleasures of life: a good nap, a captivating series on TV or a game of belote with friends. He is a man who appreciates every moment of relaxation with authenticity and simplicity.
In the kitchen, Jeff brings his know-how and passion, inherited from his training as a chef. He joined the adventure of Jeu de Paume out of love for his wife Eva and quickly fell in love with the Chamonix valley, where he puts his talent at the service of the taste buds of his guests.
