Description

The Hotel Bar Jeu de Paume A 4-star hotel, located in the hamlet of Lavancher in the Chamonix valley, is looking for a Bartender. Possessing great creativity, they will be able to offer customers original cocktails as well as classic ones and prepare homemade products.

Responsibilities
  • Taking orders combined with good communication with the customer
  • Create à la carte cocktails or create compositions thanks to a very good knowledge of products and all types of drinks.
  • Stock management, inventory and ratio
  • Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene measures,
  • Maintain bar equipment in good condition
  • Provide assistance to the team in the room if necessary
  • Ensure proper implementation and compliance with ecological rules, sorting, etc.
Qualifications

Diploma or minimum 3 years' experience in this position
