Description
  • Optimize care planning, make appointments and welcome clients.
  • Develop external booking. Create packages in agreement with management
  • To practice various massages and body treatments.
  • Contribute to the sale of DEEP NATURE products, our partner
  • Ensure the proper functioning of the wellness center and relaxation terraces. Daily maintenance of the equipment of the spa as well as cleanliness in all areasspathese. Management of product and lingerie stocks.
  • Our SPA includes: a very bright swimming pool opening onto the garden, an outdoor and indoor jacuzzi, a hammam, a sauna and finally a treatment room
Responsibilities
  • Care practices: Perform massages and body/facial treatments in accordance with the establishment's protocols and quality standards.
  • Customer support: Welcoming clients, identifying their needs and contraindications, and providing personalized follow-up during their relaxation time.
  • Management of Spa : Ensure order, rigorous hygiene and the proper setup of changing rooms between each customer.
  • Advice and sales: Promote skincare products and facilities (sauna, hammam, etc.) to extend the customer experience.
Qualifications
  • Diplomas: Holder of a CAP, BP or BTS in Aesthetics-Cosmetics, or a certification of Spa Recognized practitioner.
  • Languages: Ability to conduct a wellness consultation in English (international clientele of Lavancher).
