Welcoming customers Room allocation Management of arrivals/departures and invoicing. Cash management and closing of the day. Monitoring of reservations Direct sales / by telephone / OTA, Yield management. Concierge service Control and management of stocks. Customer loyalty. Assistance provided to management on major files and infrastructure maintenance

You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
We are primarily looking for proactive and flexible candidates who are eager to work independently. A strong sense of responsibility and versatility will be essential, and you will be able to leverage your interpersonal and communication skills to serve the client effectively. You have at least three years of experience in a similar role.
Fluent English is required; proficiency in Italian is an asset, as is knowledge of Medialog and D-Edge software.
