Green Key — the hotel
Created in 1998, Green Key is the first international ecolabel for tourist accommodation and restaurants. To be certified, the establishment must meet the following criteria: 120 criteria divided into seven themes: environmental policy, raising awareness among staff and customers, water management, waste management, energy management, responsible purchasing, and quality of life. Audits are regular and impartial.

Ecotable — The Rosebud
In February 2026, our restaurant The Rosebud landed his first Ecotable macaronThanks to the scientific platform IMPACTWe now measure our carbon footprint, our waste and the origin of each ingredient. 100% of our suppliers have been auditedThe result: a seasonal menu, short supply chains in Haute-Savoie, and animal welfare as a non-negotiable requirement.

- Compost bins installed in our garden: the bio-waste from the hotel and restaurant is processed on site.
- Le compost product is used every year for rebalancing the soil in our vegetable garden, which supplies the Rosebud kitchen.
- Partnership with recycling centers to give a second life to furniture, textiles and equipment that are no longer in use.

During your stay, a few simple actions will extend our commitment. No pressure: just a shared desire to preserve the mountains.
