Léa, our passionate cook
Originally from Sète, Léa grew up in a family of oyster farmers before embarking on a career in cooking, a profession she has been passionate about for seven years. Eager to discover new horizons, she chose to explore service to perfect her espagnol and his English while reconnecting with customer contact.
Her journey took her to hotel school in Haute-Savoie, and it was in Chamonix that she found her place. Before arriving at Rosebud Restaurant, she perfected her know-how in a 5-star restaurant, the prestigious Albert 1er. The warm and family atmosphere of the Jeu de Paume then convinced her to move there for her winter season, without any regrets. Outside of her work, Léa is passionate about photography, skiing and rugby, always looking for new adventures.
